About

The Mindful Globe operates as a non-profit association. TMG aims to strengthen the social fabric by encouraging the adoption of practices which promote ethical behavior, social harmony, compassion and well-being, both at home and in the workplace. Our primary purpose is to place at easy access research, resources and relevant practices for leaders who seek the best in the field of mindfulness, focused attention and the development of goodwill.

Stephane Mailleau
A Program Management professional with commercial and nonprofit experience, Stéphane started investigating contemplative practices in 2006, after a 6-month stress-related high fever episode that pushed him to reconsider his lifestyle. A daily Ashtanga Yoga and Mindfulness routine has since then brought him life-changing results (stress relief, focus, more positive mindset, general health improvements), and led him to want to share this experience with corporate leaders and employees.
