Erick has been in corporate finance for 25 years including 17 years in private equity, investing in more than 20 companies; he also spent eight years in Investment banking at Société Générale in New York and London. Erick’s core skills include initiating change at board level, negotiation, advising management teams on value creation and leadership. He sits on the board of companies in London, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Erick trains leaders and executives in global companies for corporate mindfulness techniques.

Regardless of the specific content, Potential Project offers different ways to engage your organization – keynotes, single or series workshops, intensive leadership training or a partnership to integrate mindfulness into your existing training and development programs. Some program examples:
- 90 minutes to a full day of impactful techniques to improve effectiveness, culture and creativity.
- 4 to 12, 75-minute sessions, in-house, customized training to change individual habits and organizational culture towards performance, energy and balance. Includes training of Internal Champions and other features to secure sustainable changes.
- A two day intensive training program based on mindfulness, tailored towards impactful, authentic and compassionate leadership.
