Using the expertise in mind body health developed as she was at the Center on Stress and Health (Stanford University) and the Institute for Mind Body Medicine (MGH) in Boston, Nathalie focuses on emotional and physical resilience. She leads wellbeing at work programs (keynotes, lectures, workshops) integrating mindfulness and positive psychology. In her work with individuals, teams and organizations, her goal is to help them develop their potential through awareness and connection to their inner resources.
