Allison is a leadership and systems coach, consultant, facilitator and founder of Inspiring Space, working with teams and individuals to improve communication, personal awareness, and engagement as well as productivity, profitability, and sustainability..

She holds a B.A. in design from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), as well as certifications in co-active coaching (CPCC) from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and in organizational and relationship systems coaching (ORSCC) from The Center for Right Relationship. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, the accrediting body for both programs.

Allison is also a graduate of comprehensive leadership training and leadership mastery curricula, both developed by Co-Active Space and the Coaches Training Institute, and accredited through the American Council on Education (ACE). Her ongoing education includes coursework in nonviolent communication, graphic facilitation and applied positive psychology.

Prior to her coaching and consulting career, Allison was founder and CEO of an international design and manufacturing business in San Francisco for nearly 20 years, and is actually on the board of Connecting Women, an international community of women in and around The Hague, Netherlands.
